I decided to start buying some $NRTI today (.0009).

I saw the diluters dumping less than earlier. My experience with this is that they eventually take a break long enough to get a short term swing trade. So long as .0008 holds today & going forward, it could rise to .0015-.002 for a flip.
About 40% of the money I used to buy some earlier was profits re-invested from last 2 profitable trades in prior 3 weeks, so i am hedged well here in terms of risk/reward.
