Bad day for the TRUPRIX team. The big PR totally fizzles and they have to finally admit they are suing HP.

What happens next?

On the business front, probably nothing just like the last 29 years.

On the legal front, it should get interesting.

TMM serves HP. HP will obviously file to dismiss.

If HP wins their dismissal its likely the entire case is thrown out as HP is the licensor of the base codecs.

If HP has to stay in the case, they will likely take the stance of the Iterated lawyers and say TMM has no rights to any of their technology.

After that comes the dismantling of TMM due to damages and penalties.
