LEOM Leo Motors to NASDAQ
"Look1" First of all, regarding your walk down memory lane, I do remember when the stock was as high as you remember, even higher, but, you must remember that at that time, the Company was a development company, ONLY; they even stated as much in their filings, through the years. Things have changed; $700,000.00 in revenue (Q-4 2014) and $916,531.00 in revenue (Q-1 2015), as reflected on their consolidated statement, filed with the SEC yesterday.
Regarding the shares on the Korean side, there is nothing illegal about it. Prior to the shares being combined, to be able to trade on both NASDAQ and KOSDAQ, a forward and reverse split, along with a valuation, will be executed.
Regarding information being released in Korean and not in English, it is not a violation of SEC regulations. In fact, reporting certain information on a COMPANY website is allowed and deemed sufficient notification to shareholders by the SEC, regarding certain reporting, especially on the OTC (please read into it).
So, you have 10,000 shares... What has been written, by the Company, the Korean Press, the South Korean Senator who personally visited the Company, and the impending grant from the South Korean Federal Government, itself, will make you quite pleased for holding all of these years.
I don't have the time to inform you of all that has transpired with the Company. I'm glad you don't trust, TRUST NO ONE except your own informed decision. Due Diligence is everything, this is not Las Vegas and investing is not a game of craps, which is why I invested in an interpreter. EVERYTHING you should know has been written in Korean, by the company, in the Korean press, by the Senator, and the South Korean Federal Government, not in general terms, in specific terms, regarding Leo Motors and of it's advanced technology, the incredible grant we are to recieve, and why Leo Motors is at the forefront with EV and storage technology in all of Asia. If you, truly, have been keeping a good read on this Company, then you know that Elon Musk's current business turn toward storage was this company's realization years ago.
If you are unable to afford an interpreter at this time, I say sit back; I assure you, when the time comes, especially as we near the threshold of NASDAQ and KOSDAQ, not only will your thirst for information in English be quenched, but so will your portfolio.
Good luck to you.
