Jetpilot, I'm thinking Les will put disgruntled shareholders in their place when the dust settles and he has the time to do so. In the meantime, there is no legal requirement that he prove a negative to you or anybody else.

What if you were accused you of cheating on your wife. Should you have to stop everything and "prove" it?

If you guys want to really find out what's going on, the real solution is to simply file suit. It's cheap. And you'll only have to spend 1,000.00 or less on discovery to get your answer. The whole thing should cost you less than 2,000.00. Just do it already if you're that concerned.
