The "Cheaper" the price becomes, The more "Attractive" it becomes, the more "EYES" it has and gets put on more "Radars", the "Less" risky it may seem to certain traders, the "More Shares" can be gobbled up in cheaper price amounts for some to hold, but still in reality it's all speculation.

What's the moral of this opinion, Always if you enter a penny stock, Enter at your own risk and understand those risks, plain and simple.
