(OTC: HDSI), a technology development company, announced today that it has reached an agreement to provide emergency communication services for a community of over 100,000 people, marking a significant milestone for the Company as it crosses the chasm from R&D to commercialization of its intellectual property, to revenue generation. The Company started selling SirenGPS emergency management software solutions May 1, 2015 under license from privately-held SirenGPS, and recently executed an asset purchase agreement (APA) to acquire the technology outright, setting the stage for significant growth.
