You don't know that for sure. The T/A **could** be under some heat with regard to selective disclosure, but we don't know for sure. They weren't giving out the O/S info to some folks but were giving it out to other folks. Maybe it was due to an untrained employee or maybe they felt a shareholder of record vs. a shareholder in street name was a good way to delineate. Who knows? But after realizing that giving out the O/S makes its way to the message boards and that some may trade on that material nonpublic information, they (either the T/A or the company) may have decided to shut out everyone.
Bottom line is we know nothing as to what is transpiring exactly. I won't contact Sylvan, because he may not like it that I record conversations.
