Legal Clearance.

They were in trading blackout until the reserves update came out.

They'll be in blackout again at the end of the month until earnings come out.

Kondradt is an active trader. He sold half of his shares about 15 months ago and bought back the shares he sold and more in January 2015 @ one third the price.

Things must be going quite well!
