Ok. I'm not a patent attorney but there is another NUleaf CBD product and it is NOT trademarked. The Nulief trademark (NRTI) has recently been posted for opposition. No company can argue against it because the other companies with similar names are not CBD related. However Nuleaf Naturals is exactly what Nulief is but with NO trademark rights.
