Any "new management" would inherit nothing: No product. No facilities. No assets. No patents. What little the "company" once had is gone. The former CEO went into hiding around 2012 being hounded by lawsuits and after he squeezed the last penny out of Solarbrook/HydroFlo via a series of reverse splits. Par for the course for a pinkie.
