Correct, One can Speculate the NEWSWIRE when it is Released Publicly will have LOI Language to Acquire HJOE in FULL based on Market Testing & Product Performance in Addition to the Exclusive Distribution Rites we already know of.

That Market Testing could already be happening "NOW".

Either way, PPS will most likely be totally Out of Reach way before that Official PR is Finally Released, in less than 30 Days.
