So the CEO gave info to a caller who posts on a web board

So it was alleged. Jeffy can deny he ever made such statements on the phone. Or just say his statement(s) were misunderstood.

Just hope donut just didn't really screw over the rest of the shareholders by breaking the law.

What is there to screw up at this point?

Also FD for unregistered stocks is a joke. When a CEO of another stock posts on IHUB or leaks information previously unknown, how is that FD for folks at other sites? As long as the CEO doesn't start dumping immediately, the SEC doesn't care.
