On a check with IR, the only thing that might have triggered an overly sensitive Bloomberg alert, is some minor footnote changes to the proxy of inconsequence that were required by SEc/AMEX.

I have no idea what they are.

And clearly did not merit a PR of any kind.

Touchy that Bloomberg system...
