the order clearly states that mgmt hasn't filed their 3/15/15 financials with the canadian authorities yet... we're playing Chess .. the offshores and dumpsters.. CHECKERS!..... sounds a lot like Oneil is playing this one close to the heart.. i mean perhaps we just keep the canadians out until the end of the month or something.. then perhaps give guidance or something else.. eh voila! we nip the off shore and canadian shorters in the bud?... jmosho.. peace. stok
