I am long ECIG.

it seems to me, despite the low volume, the stock is not trading right. Either dilution or something else going on. I placed a buy order. The bid was .3, the ask was .31. I wanted to slap the ask, yet my order was filled @.305. SOmeone is selling with his/her ask hidden.
