Company made this big PR push about all these sales and potential in Latin America, once the share price hit $.03 all dumped. The stock tanked, new shares converted all the way down. Now the company has turned off the lights and the only news you see is about new financing. The company has also refused to communicate current share structure until their annual report.

Just your average OTC crooks at work, just need to hope for one last pump at this point. I still think an eventual pump will happen for one reason or the other. That, or the stock goes no bid before the end of the year.
