The convertible must have been satisfied yesterday.
We traded over 300K more than enough to cover the 135% 90 day premium.
Of the 167M shares traded you have to admit that they covered the $143,000 note. They diluted 39 million shares yesterday to cover that note ...

IMO and I hope it doesn't drop any further ...
