I've read all JN's Seeking Alpha articles on AMBS, probably more than a few times

they say nothing about the BOD's intention of "going it alone" as has been specifically mentioned by Gerald a number of times

for years Gerald has listened to and followed Mark Faerbers mantra of using 'financial dope' to fund the company

all said, Gerald simply doesn't care about you, me, his shareholders, public perception, or his reputation on the Street, as he will use whatever means available to him to advance his own curricular 1st

I don't see that changing anytime soon - no matter how Gerald misguides or manipulates the public and says things to the contrary...



great pipe, outstanding opportunities to unlock intrinsic value in both Dx and Tx divisions - but piss poor financing and a CEO who is out of touch - JMHO
