To me this AIG decision sets a precedence of the amount of illegal activity the gov't can get away with in regards to bailouts (regardless of what the media says). Comparing FnF with AIG, FnF definitely got the shorter end of the straw so if the gov't's action in the AIG bailout were illegal then certainly it was/still is illegal in FnF.
