The A/S is only 200M per their 8K. The last 10Q has the float at 22M shares. The reason the stock has been under pressure is due to the recent note.

The convertibe was satisfied today. We traded over 600K in stock today more than enough to cover the 135% 90 day premium. Of the 167M shares traded you have to admit that they covered the $143,000 note. The A/S is 200M NOT 1 Billion. They diluted 39 million shares today to cover that note. They have only 62 million shares in the float (verified with the T/A today). Their last 10Q stated 22M shares in the O/S.
