Back in mid-May, the SEC dissolved HydroFlo/Solarbrook's original partner in crime, EYII. (Remember the China water pitcher scam?) From what I understand, the SEC has it on their docket. As far as Honest George is concerned, he disappeared some 3-4 years ago after he squeezed the last penny from the reverse splits. Alive or dead, who knows? However, I know that his house was in foreclosure two years or so ago. Looks like a P&D is underway. Been a while since the last one. Surprised it took the boys this long to make another try.
