If I owned 14,300,000 shares I would do everything in my power to increase their value. Just consider....14,300,000 shares x $0.10 = $1,300,000 OR 14,300,000 shares x$1.00 = $14,300,000.00. and thats at just $1.00 per share. Now thats an incentive I would act on and thats why they offered it to him.
