Depends on how much CBD inventory they've got

Depending upon how much CBD-from-Industrial-Hemp inventory they're carrying, and the structure of their contracts with the farmers in Europe, they could be seriously hurt if nationwide marijuana legality came along.

CANV could potentially be sitting on millions of dollars of inventory and contracts for CBD at a much, much higher price than the CBD from marijuana, so they might have to sell at a loss.

It would all depend on the timing.
