I did a little bit of digging on this and found some interesting tidbits:

**MyLife Recovery Centers is already a licensee of the BICX implant in southern cali, DC etc..

**According to the PR below they now have "Exclusive License of US Patent" for the Gooberman naltrexone implant (competing product for BICX)

**Patent Infringement filed against BICX and then dropped a few days later.


Seems like these guys were trying to get out of the licencing deal with BICX since they acquired the license from Gooberman for the entire US. They must have realized they didn't have a case and that's why the lawsuit was dropped. Also, look at the BICX market cap now and when they first tried to pull this stunt.

This all sounds like a bunch of BS to me!

This is likely why the price has been dropping.
