Is that so? Then why didn't YA take action when they could have back in March? Under that scenario they would have been the only winner. They didn't because they are waiting. Why? They must know there is more to gain by waiting. YA apparently doesn't want to throw SVFC under the bus IF they think SVFC is indeed working on something worth waiting for. It only makes sense if you stop and think about it. There is going to be more than one winner here before all is said and done. All IMO.
