Complete bullshit.

It is laughable to suggest any entity would construct a facility .....where they would outlay millions of their own dollars.....to house and run processors that would require Plastic2Oil's future participation in order to operate........ without signing some sort of contract first.

No legitimate business would potentially lose millions on a worthless facility without locking the major detail of Plastic2Oil's commitment well in advance.

Business 101.

Real world.

And Heddle, by entering into such a contract , is required to file it as a material event.

Hence....no filing...no contracts....no other sites under construction.
