There is plenty of traffic but if they don't execute well upon opening, it will fail like any other. I don't know Tommy but I have to assume he knows how to open a restaurant based on what I've seen with PhoHouse. I don't think Jeffro will be running the fryer on Saturday nights. Lol

They wouldn't be doing all that work in Colleyville not to open imo. Waiting for a Red House sign on 121. That will solidify imo.
