I agree the market cap for this stock is very low. The company knows this is way undervalued and are r/s to try to get some stronger hands in this stock.

There are a ton of flippers holding this and thats why it has a hard time getting anywhere.

People buy in the .001 area and flip in the .002 - .005 area and then it starts all over again.

IPREs goal is to get some small institutions to buy up alot of the float and hope they hold it. This way the stock can easily move to much higher levels. But they need to sell this stock to the bigger investors so I hope they have a great plan and do it with Strong revenues not hype
