I have answered this numerous times. I own QTMM for the short term gain. I have no long term opinions.

In the context of my statement, the benefits to Nanoco refer to having someone like Dow (with existing customer relationships and a market presence, facilities, resources, etc.) as a global partner in the display market. Of course, those same benefits apply to QMC and I have previous stated I would happily welcome such an alliance.
