Facts come with documented proof. So far I have seen nothing in print anywhere that supports your facts. In your opinion insider selling scares some investors, I would agree with your supposition, however I would qualify it with an opinion that those people don't do DD and are inexperienced traders. Again though, these are opinions not published facts from reputable studies. IMHO
