I would say, and this is just a guess, by reading between the lines of the last PR that the K is their main concern and they want to get that done and out first. The other announcements will hit afterwards.

No, that makes little sense and does not reflect how real-world business is managed.

I explained this in detail in a prior post a week ago. Here is the link to that post along with a copy/paste of the relevant excerpt:

To suggest that SCRC cannot communicate with the market in any way (especially on what should be positive news re: the company's bread and butter revenue source) because "everyone is working on the 10K" is the height of stupidity and ignorant pumping.

In 99% of public companies, execs other than the CFO do not even have any clue how to put together SEC filings. SEC filings are the responsibility of the CFO and the Controller. To suggest that the late 10K is the reason SCRC has stopped issuing PR's re: Main Ave's approved orders is suggesting that SCRC is managed by f'ing morons who -- even with as many chefs in the kitchen as they have -- still are not capable of collectively doing more than one thing at a time.

The CEO's job is primarily to be the face of the company to the public, and, together with FCA Gregory, there should be NO interruption in any issuances of "regulaly scheduled PR's". No one involved in issuing PR's has anything at all to do with preparing SEC filings so suggesting that the radio silence is due to "everyone pitching in on the 10K" serves only to convey a deeper sense of desperation than JOEY Z and his CORE nitwits already have been.

In addition, as I have also explained several times previously, announcing "approved orders" has NOTHING to do with US GAAP and is not a number that is impacted IN ANY WAY by any accounting or reporting issues that the auditors would be concerned with. Any issues the auditors have with the 10K have ZERO relationship to SCRC's ability to issue PR's on Main Ave's "approved orders"...
