In response to your post, I took the liberty to check your points. The following link is the result.

However, over all I felt I ran into more ambiguity regarding stocks such as GGSM. It still remains this company which filed even supposing it did not have to, has not filed for May and June.

There appears to me in the link that the stock still may be removed for failure to keep investors up to date, even if the word delisted may not be used.
