I respectfully and whole heartedly disagree with that entire statement. UTRM we must not over look the single largest factor. The maxed AS that will not correct itself without a RS. There is zero ways around this killer. This company just allowed another 2-400 million shares into the market in the last 2-4 weeks. That is not a company intending to buy back and we all know that these shares are the final remaining shares of the AS count available to finance this "company". Even a detailed plan put out by the company would have to be discredited because of the recent trading activity under the circumstances all IMO
