Newelong's requests.... answered

Watch me supply info to Newelong... again. Of course, Adaptive might have been lying in these filings, so I guess believing their lie doesn't make it true....

"OneScreen created MediaGraph, Inc, which it was designed to look like a holding company for Norman Brodeur -- you will see he has all exec positions"

http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=SNC0wUJ0tg2nR4ZjTlmyFA%253d%253d&nt7=0

Guess again !!

Wow, so the acquisition went through July 2014, but Qayed Shareef, the AdaptiveMedia CEO, was already listed as president of MediaGraph on March, 2014? That is interesting, thanks for that. Guess that part of the acquisition jumped the gun?

"and created OneScreen Merger Sub, Inc."

Pubco was the merger sub created to collect all of the outstanding shares of Media Graph, Inc. There was never any such animal as, "OneScreen Merger Sub, Inc." ... only OneScreen, Inc.

That's interesting. Then why, in your SEC filing, do you say this:

An Agreement and Plan of Merger by and among the Company, OneScreen Merger Sub, Inc., a Nevada corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, OneScreen, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Media Graph, Inc., a Nevada corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of OneScreen; and

So OneScreen Merger Sub, Inc, never existed? Then why lie about it in your SEC filing?

You couldn't be further from the truth ... Media Graph, Inc. was NOT loaded with cash; in fact, if you took the time to look at the Pro Forma Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements as I suggested before ...

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1428397/000114420414058064/v389955_ex99-3.htm

you could plainly see that not even a penny was transferred to Adaptive Medias !!! Furthermore, if you really want us to ...

"Remember, there are bank statements from Chase that prove this."

then why don't you produce these statements so we can see for ourselves. I don't know about anyone else, but frankly, based on what I've read heretofore, I'm really not interested in listening to more of your hot air !!

Interesting. So your internal, UNAUDITED, statement is your burden of proof? I have your bank statements, which are AUDITED, and they are proof enough. I'm not posting them online, but I'll tell you the details:

On January 17th, 2014, the amount of $115,000 was transferred directly to Gregg Templeton, with a second payment on March 6th, for $10,000. A stockholder, getting kickback for his investment. Any other stockholders get kickbacks? Didn't think so. Moving on....

Between January 2014 to June of 2014, OneScreen, Inc account transferred $241,666.66 to Adaptive Medias, Inc. accounts. A little over a month before finalizing the acquisition of Media Graph, Inc to AdaptiveMedias Inc, OneScreen transferred $10,000 additional funds on June 1st, 2014.

More cash was transferred to bank accounts in Thailand. Who owns those accounts? You?

Newelong of course already knows all this, but playing dumb is his only remaining option.

"If you were just an investor, you'd be worried, not defensive. But again, my assumption could be wrong."

I'm really glad to see you admit that !!!

As other stockholders acknowledged last week, Newelong is not just an outside investor, and will say anything to keep those who have invested -- and not getting administrative salaries -- on board.

Don't forget, this companies biggest expense, behind lawsuits, is paying their administrators, board members, and "advisors."
