Some of the indicators are turning positive. We are in a bottoming out process like Nov/Dec 2014.
some indicators look good

The big concern now is the 100 day moving average. It could go below the 200 day moving average. It is the only moving average to is above the longer term moving average.

Remember you buy when there is maximum pain/blood in the streets. Safe traders will wait for confirmation of a uptrend. If you are a gambler now is the time for a bet. A cautious trader/investor wait until confirmation of uptrend and good news on 10Q.
