1) SVNP, aka Oasis Information Systems (See EDGAR Filing from 2004 by Sandy Anderson) owns Costa Rican operations (777betz.com and a couple others) all registered to Melvin Pereira, San Jose Costa Rica.

2) Pegasus Gaming evidently sold Chimera II licenses recently to 777betz.com. Who registered Pegasus Gaming website? Melvin Periera. Who is the corporate secretary for Pegasus? Sandy Anderson.

3) Chimera Technology "produced" some software, which is really property of Oasis Information Systems, that they procured/developed when they were still 1stGenX.com. Guess who the corporate secretary is? Sandy Anderson.

You see, here's the "update": All of these three companies:

CNOC - Chimera Technology
PGGG - Pegasus (Grade Point Adverage)
SVNP - 777 (Oasis Information Systems aka 1stGenX.com)

ARE THE SAME COMPANY. So here's the scorecard:

CNOC -< basically a shed snakeskin - as good as dead.
PGGG -< a shell acquired last year from "Grade Point Adverage" courtesy of Mario Pino, to be the fake corporate entity taking in "revenues" as "software license revenue" passes from SVNP's left hand to its right hand. [Note that a number of people will be quick to point out that "That's old history! Why would you alarm people just to namedrop Mario Pino?! - Well the answer's pretty simple; you DON'T need to purchase a shell from a man like this to go into the trust business; it doesn't make much sense unless you are running in the same crowd - This is one of the most mindboggling affectations of the entire whacked out episode.]

CNOC was the first to fall. PGGG will be the second, and is in the process right now of collapse (if it's not delisted/halted first) since the infamous Spam FAX Episode of October 11. I suspect SVNP will hang in for awhile; it actually produces revenue. But how much? Who knows - they don't actually account for it in legal filings here in the US. They claim millions in a coupla months operation. But I suspect that they have a pump and dump left in them before the rest of the investment community is sucked clean. Or else they'll set up yet another front and try to maintain SVNP itself as a viable acquisition.

The Pegasus Spam FAX *really* attracted attention. PGGG may well be shut out of American equity markets.
