they stated another shareholder meeting in about 6 months and that they were going to work on better flow of information and communication. And that Lori was not sure how to answer most or any questions after taking over the Shell company and that it happened so fast. They have taken all of this time to evaluate, figure out a game plan and putting together a plan to best utilize the 500k for the best interest of the company.
There main marketing strategy was really word of mouth and who they taught, and one guy who was the one who made most of their sales. I forgot his name.

They said that within 30 days they should be completed with the audit to become fully reporting with the SEC.
