I think there are two possibilities, right now.

One, Gill keeps the company running and milks it for all he can. The company has some Stan Lee IP stashed away it can sell, and several projects are in production (five contributed to last quarters revenue). The company could possibly keep running for a few years.

Second, Gill sells the company to the highest bidder. Disney bought 10%, so (edit), I think they are most likely to buy the other 90%.
