Apparently the new CEO you refer to as "Rose" has sufficient influence with this government -= the judicial system - where as nothing has ever happened in the D.R. court in Puerta Plata. As a matter of fact the attorney representing , my case - the divers case has proved no better. The vessel Hispaniola is a dead issue. Serious condition below the water line (surprised not on the bottom of the marina a long time ago, No legal papers, no inspections, which now can never happen, The Ocean Marina dockage bill now in the area of $250,000. US. This is a bad, now dead situation and all of us have lost, thanks to this upstanding "insect" M. Goldberg. Parasites that try to flees the naive investment community for the sake of a buck are no better than these scum bags are. Me. my opinion.
