Fairly desperate attempt to create more ntek buyers.

We all know they have to dilute/sell but they want to do it at a higher PPS to get more money and they don't want to tank this under a penny. Hence the paid promotions to bring in the new buyers.

Next week im sure NTEK will have anyone buying at these levels diluted into the red.
