most likely losers given free shares for service compensation such as the worthless NTS imo.. a zero service run by zeros and watched by zero .. so whats to them to sell whatever they got at any cost?? to them its like hitting the numbers smalltime chump change lotto but for people who make NO money its a windfall.. remember the other day there was 129k offered at .12 or so .. dont see it for days now but do the vol math past couple days .. they could care less.. need buyers here then it wont be a concern ,, till then its about as annoying as getting bit by noseeums on a hot day
