The way it was announced was definitely wrong. It should've been in a separate PR & announcing a stockholder's meeting a week before the date was pretty unprofessional.

But the good thing is assuming they're telling the truth...there isn't any dilution planned until May 2007 so hopefully once things take off in the movie department, the stock price may appreciate back to where it was before the split and then some.

At least that's my hope.
