I saw that too. I had a buy order in at .0036 for an hour, but changed it a half hour ago to .0039 and my order filled right away.

And whaddaya know, I refresh and I see it dropped down to .0034, now why couldn't I get my order filled at my original price? I'm too impatient, but I finally broke 100,000 shares Whoohoo!
