Hey man if you're out you're out. You've got your own opinion obviously. I'll stick by this and see what happens with Pestmasters. Revenues are revenues no matter how you cut it and there are only 70 or so actual companies from what I've seen that can bid on government contracts. Pestmaster franchise isn't necessarily an "asset" but it does fast track the company to get an opportunity to obtain much larger bids with regard to new gov contracts as opposed to doing it on their own. I have no idea about the "AC deal" but if it was important I'm sure something sizable wouldn't completely be taken off the table. I would guess that just as with Pestmaster, it comes down to funding.
