The way I see it MDCN needs to solidly break through 20 cents in order to have a real sustained substantial run. The chart is quite ugly ever since 20 cents, that being the true critical tipping point for a true breakout. On the positive side if news hits we should easily break through 20 cents and head well beyond. Until we get news we will run a bit then give it back, just the way it will vo. We need somme thing to bust us out of the basement levels, ken needs to come through BIG TIME
