The possibility is definitely there.

Management has been steadfast in their quiet strategy, to my disliking of course. But, I do not know what they know or have.

Seems they are either 1) very confident, 2) have an arrangement possibly set for some future date dependent on certain criteria, or 3) are totally arrogant. I hope it is one of the former two.
