Does it matter at this point? As if it wasn't before, this has now become a complete certifiable sham/shell game. NTEK is completely out of operating cash. They are cooked and they can't pay their bills. They are grossly overdue on content licensing payments, and the word is out, so nobody in Hollywood will touch them with a ten foot pool unless all the licensing fees are paid up front.

You've got maybe 10 studio/distributors that have any content worth taking for TVOD - but it's a small community of people. Everyone now knows NTEK have not and can't pay those past contracts, so NTEK has been shut out completely.

Word on the street is they paid Paramount $700,000 for a three month run with "Interseller," but have only booked transactional revenues to date of just over $800 bucks. That's like the 15 employees of NTEK, a few folks from Paramount (to see how it looks) and you're left with around 40 customers that actually paid to rent the title.

Please tell me how this model works?
