MYEC issued 2,941,176 shares for advisory fees, while 101,102,941 shares have been put in a share reserve (basically collateral if MYEC cannot fulfill payments on the line of credit). This is small amount of shares compared to the 1,000,000,000 to be returned to the company from Scottsdale and Co.
The Company has promised to pay interest on a convertible note to TCA by no later than July 29th...assuming they are live with their international bank as the core processor...I don't think they will have a problem fulfilling that payment.
So please, continue to try and strike fear into people. It's amusing.
