As I stated, ReGen may be functioning at the expense of current Intellicell shareholders and that may be why there is no communication. I can think of many negative reasons why they may not be communicating and very few positive reasons. The same can be said for the dismal stock performance over the past many months. They could clear it all up with some communication, but they continue to choose silence.
