This is not now (nor has it ever been) a question of whether or not this stock is dead. The questions are (and have been) centered around how this company is being used in relation to ReGen, what is the ongoing funding agreement between the two, what is happening with toxic debt, and why are they not communicating with Intellicell shareholders. A company can be very much alive but dead in terms of growth for CURRENT shareholders. That may very well be the case and it may indeed be why they have stopped communicating and have missed multiple SEC filings.
